Louis Icart (French 1888-1950), "Salome"-1928, drypoint and etching. Pencil signed in lower right margin, lower left margin with artist's blindstamp. Framed 31.75" x 24". Image size approximately 21.75" x 14.25". Print depicts a red headed Salome weraing a blue bandeau top and short skirt leaning against a column with carved imagery with a kneeling servant holding a large platter with a bloody dagger used in the death of John the Baptist.
