A wonderful example of Johnson's sometimes morbid humor. Since his death, Johnson has been the subject of numerous exhibitions including a recent retrospective at the Whitney. From the edition of approximately 2000 published by Letter Edged in Black Press; this example is one of the 100 signed works. Signed in ink on front.
