19th century. Two ladies' dance cards with rectangular tortoise shell covers with rounded corners and ivory cards within. One with mother of pearl inlaid floral accents on exterior, clasp closure and six ivory cards within (some with pencil inscriptions on dance partners). The other with French style silvered medallion on front cover and five thin ivory cards within. Both unmarked. Mother of pearl accented dance card measures approximately 3.75" x 2.25". Metal mounted dance card measures approximately 3.25" x 2.25".
