"Gone With The Wind" by Margaret Mitchell, 1st edition, 1st printing, published in 1936 by The Macmillan Company, signed by the author on first free endpaper, with original pictorial dust jacket and original gray cloth binding with blue lettering and decoration to front cover and spine. First printing with "Published May, 1936" on copyright page (verso of title page), and dust jacket with Gone With The Wind listed 2nd in the right hand column. Housed in later custom clamshell box with gilt lettering on gray cloth. Book approximately 8.75" x 6.125" x 2".
