French, probably Arles Provence, 18th century. A fine oak and fruitwood carved enfilade having a rectangular triple board top with thumb molding and rounded corners over three foliate carved frieze drawers centered with a paneled carved rosette above three shaped paneled cupboard doors headed with carved scrolling foliage over diaper ground with rosettes and alternating with rectilinear panels carved with horizontal flowering vines, the central cupboard enclosing a shelved interior, the rounded paneled corners carved with a single rosette enclosing the straight apron and raised on front shaped block feet. Approximate height 40.5", width 89.75", depth 24.25". Purchased from Swan Antiques, 727 Miami Circle NE, Atlanta, GA, 30324.
