The curve of the legs and seat back of this chair is more gentle than the later crescent shape found on other Robsjohn-Gibbings designs.
The leather thongs on this Klismos model are woven in sections of three, creating a design element. Each chair features a stamped number and original cabinet maker's pencil lines indicating the spacing of the thongs.
