Two symmetrical brass halves are brazed together to form these double belted ball top andirons, resting on "spurred" legs. The center iron support appears to be hand made and is peened over at the bottom securing it to the legs. The right andiron legs and feet differ from the left andiron legs and feet. Measurements: right andiron is 12-3/8" tall, 10-1/8" wide, 8-3/8" long/deep. Left andiron is 12-5/8 tall, 8-1/2 wide, 8" long/deep.
