Asian, 20th century. Oriental porcelain bud vase with body of thin cylindrical form with rounded rim above tapered neck. Exterior decorated with scribe at table in an outdoor setting in front of seated older man, possibly scholar, woman in peach colored robes stands behind. Black characters on back on white ground with additional red marks. Height 5.75", diameter of opening at top 1.5".
