Sandra Kunz writes, "...what I paint is a direct response to what I see. For me, the appreciation comes first, immediately followed by a zest and enthusiasm about the subject. I use whatever medium I find necessary to get my first impression down on paper." Sandra Kunz trained at Lyman Allyn Art Museum, received an Associate of Arts Degree at Principia College, and studied at the Art Students League and the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. She has traveled abroad and painted at Montmartre and the Tuileries, Paris, France.
