All materials in a ¼ leather folder, gilt stamped. Central fold from original mailing, otherwise good. Alfredson/Daily 7000. Unique. According to Alfredson and Daily, there was “Only one issue per month, sent to a different person each time (though some did get another).” This issue was not noted in Alfredson / Daily.
