Full tan calf with double-ruled gilt borders on covers and around each spine compartment, red morocco title panel, with gilt-stamped raised spine bands. Top edge gilt, marbled endsheets. In a custom felt-lined slipcase with matching marbled sides and leather trim. Publisher’s wrappers retained in both volumes. Illustrated. 8vo. Dampstain at upper corner of the rear board, else very good.
