The Black Room. Columbia, 1935. Lobby card (11 x 14”). A previously unknown card from one of the most desirable Karloff sets. Starring Boris Karloff, who plays twin roles in this macabre film as brothers Anton and Gregor de Bergmann. Small nail hole in the margin, some pinholes, staple marks, and small marginal tears with one of about 4” from the margin to the printed image at the left side. None of the tears cause paper loss, and each has been recently stabilized with archival tape. Rare.
