[Cigarette Loaders] Three Merv Taylor cigarette loading devices. Including two "improved" cigarette loaders and one double cigarette loader. These secret devices were used to covertly load dollar bills or billets into cigarettes for later reproduction. All three with original boxes, and hallmarked. Condition generally good.
