Houdini, Harry. Hull Seamen's Union Challenge. Hull, 1914. 5 ½ x 8 ½" letterpress challenge. Orange text on white stock. The seamen proposed to tie Houdini to a broomstick, and then to a seven-foot long plank, from which he would escape. Folds at corners and light wear; bears the stamp of Edward Saint, otherwise very good condition.
