[Goldston, Will] Charcoal bust portrait of Will Golston by Cowan Dobson. 8 ¾ x 12 ¼". Executed by the well-known Scottish portrait artist Dobson in 1929, and signed by him, this drawing of Will Goldston was used on the cover of Tricks You Should Know. Framed and glazed. Good condition. Unique. Dobson's work (mainly in oils) was widely exhibited. Throughout his career, Dobson was commissioned to paint Moll Flanders, Harry Lauder, Admiral Lord Beatty, and other notable persons.
