Conjuring or Magic Made Easy. New York: Popular Publishing Co., ca. 1880. Hand-colored pictorial wraps depicting a variety of magic tricks. Woodcuts in text, including illustration of a “magical bazaar.” 12mo. Two closed tears to front wrap, some page edges nicked; very good. The title page notes A.J. Dick as the manager of the New York Popular Publishing Co.; he would go on to co-own the now-famous publishing company Dick & Fitzgerald.
