Elliott, Dr. James William. Three page ALS and inscribed pictorial postcard. The letter, dated Nov. 9th, 1903, offers advice to Mr. Pratt regarding his business ("work with a woman"), and asks for work ("…I can work with you through the mails will do so – anything – or any idea or effect you want perfected…"), billing ("call yourself the man with the X ray eye…"), etc. Postcard, addressed and inscribed in Elliott's hand, was cancelled Dec. 18, 1898. Some splitting at fold lines; card postally used and worn. Scarce. Interestingly, the letter is written on the backs of three pieces of letterhead advertising Dr. John W. Grady, "Specialist in Chronic, Nervous and Genito-Urinary Diseases."
