A petite porcelain garden scene with underglaze cobalt blue decoration to white ground of five-clawed scale dragon and phoenix amid leaves and peony blossoms, the foot with a band of stylized waves, the top with a band of diaper patterning bearing four cartouches each surrounding a precious or auspicious object, the top with four peony blossoms amid leaves surrounding a central group of piercings. Unmarked. Approximate height 16.5", diameter 13".
