Werner Drewes (German/ American, 1899–1985). "Dynamic Thrust" - 1982, woodcut in colors, limited edition 28/30, pencil numbered lower left margin, pencil signed and dated lower right margin. Woodblock print in tones of blue, black, and brick red with heavy black intersecting lines in geometric patterns forming obtuse angles, semi-circles, and fields of parallel lines. Framed approximately 19.25" x 23.5". Sight size approximately 10.125" x 14.75". Provenance: From the Private Collection of Benno & Babette Rothschild, Columbus, Georgia.
