Arne Norell (Swedish, 1917-1971), circa 1964. Mid century modern leather ”Sirocco” Safari chair sling chair having a rosewood frame with original aged brown leather upholstery and brass hardware, the back joining the leather seat within leather strap arms, on cylindrical legs, joined by a turned box stretcher. Apparently unmarked. Approximate height 315", width 28.5" (arm to arm), seat depth 19.25", seat height 15".
