Bror Julius Olsson Nordfeldt (Swedish/American, 1878-1955), "New York, The Equitable Building", etching on paper, pencil signed and inscribed lower center margin "Nordfeldt imp". Work depicting a view of New York City's Financial District in Lower Manhattan with the Equitable Building at center (building designed by Ernest R. Graham and completed in 1915--was one of the largest office buildings in the world at completion date), numerous active boats on the East River as seen from Brooklyn. Framed approximately 21.125" x 18". Sight size approximately 13.25" x 10.75". Provenance: From the Private Collection of Benno & Babette Rothschild, Columbus, Georgia.
