Large well carved oak wood ecclesiastic figural sculpture depicting a standing full length bishop saint portraying St. Augustine (Augustine of Hippo) wearing a pointed mitre and other garb indicating his status as a bishop, holding a heart in hand, the other hand empty (likely originally held a staff). Overall approximate height 58.1".
