The Hickory Chair Furniture Co (American, founded 1911), Contemporary. A matched pair of Chippendale style upholstered sofas each having a serpentine and rounded back with overscrolled arms and cushion with skirt covered in a gold damask style fabric and raised on mahogany legs. Hickory Chair label located underside of cushion. Approximate height 37.5", width 90", seat depth 24.5", seat height 19".
