Framed Elizabeth Hoot Fraktur Songbook, Pennsylvania, early 19th century, the front page with a finely rendered fraktur with tulip decoration within a foliate border and central area of text dated "1812," frame ht. 7, wd. 16 in. Note: The entire songbook is in untouched condition and fully intact. Shadow box backed with acid-free paper showing the main fraktur page; book could be easily removed from the shadow box. Estimate $1,500-2,500 No obvious damage or repair. Not examined out of the frame. Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
