Polychrome Decorated Export Porcelain Coffeepot with Shoe and Bootmaker Imagery, China, third quarter 18th century, the sides decorated with the gilt monogram "RP" and a shoemaker at his bench below the inscription "I must Work for Leathers dear" within a floral rococo frame incorporating images of boots and shoes, molded spout and handle, ht. 8 1/2 in.
