Pewter-mounted Unglazed White Stoneware Tankard, Germany, tapering towards the neck and with cordons around the neck and foot, hinged lid inscribed "DR 1681," applied on three sides with a crown over an oval portrait cartouche with arms of Spain below, ht. 10 7/8 in. Provenance: The estate of George Way. Estimate $500-700 In very good condition throughout with no evidence of any cracks, chips or restorations.
