Gold/Silver Box, Japan, 19th century, hexagonal with inner tray, depicting a chrysanthemum flowerbed with clouds, in hiramaki-e, nashiji interior and base, signed "Kajikawa saku" with red pot seal on the inner tray, with original box, ht. 2, wd. 4 in. Estimate $400-600 minor lacquer loss to one of the edges of the box bottom. Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
