C.M.," the back engraved "1784" and marked "BRASHER" in a sunken cartouche, lg. 9 in., approx. 1.9 troy oz. Note: According to an accompanying note, the spoon belonged to Jemima (Conklin) Mather who married Alexander Mather on January 21, 1784.
