Provenance: The Rosman collection, New York City; Sotheby's New York, October 22, 1983, Lot 313; collection of Xavier Martin Comte du Puytison; collected during a bear hunting expedition, by a gentleman of Perigord, France, in Wrangell, Alaska, 1889.
