After Thomas Whitcombe (British, 1763-1824) Nineteen Plates from The Naval Achievements of Great Britain from the Year 1793 to 1817 Published in 1816 for James Jenkins's Naval Achievements, signed and titled in the plates, engraved by Thomas Sutherland (British, 1785-1837). Hand-colored aquatints, plate size 8 3/8 x 11 13/16 in. (21.5 x 30.0 cm), sixteen framed, three unframed. Condition: Toning, some with very minor foxing, not examined out of frames. Estimate $800-1,200 Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
