Six Wedgwood Caneware Tea Wares, England, late 18th century, each with blue enamel encaustic borders, simulated bamboo and relief of children at play, including a covered teapot, lg. 8; creamer, ht. 3 5/8; four cups and saucers, saucer dia. 5 in., impressed marks. Estimate $800-1,200 All with upper-lower case mark except for two cups with upper case marks. Teapot: Shallow rim chip to cover; pot in very good condition throughout. Creamer: In very good condition throughout. Cups & saucers: One cup with a faint 1" rim hairline and scattered interior staining. Two saucers each with two footrim chips; thre saucers with some interior staining and firing spots. Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
