Three "Grecian" Carved Mahogany Side Chairs, Boston, Massachusetts, c. 1815-25, with tablet crests, drapery- and anthemion-carved splats, and molded stiles continuing to scrolls, on acanthus-carved legs joined by a carved seat rail, ht. 33 1/2, seat ht. 18 in. Estimate $300-500 chairs sunbleached and with numerous repairs, third chair in need of major repair. Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
