Pair of Chippendale Carved Mahogany Side Chairs, Massachusetts, c. 1760-80, the carved serpentine crest rails above "owl" splats, with slip seats on frontal cabriole legs ending in pad feet on platforms, refinished, ht. 37, seat ht. 17 in. Estimate $700-900 one splat and crest with repairs, one seat rail with patch to inner part of molding. Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
