Blue-painted Pine Sea Chest, 19th century, with newspaper-lined interior, ht. 17 1/4, wd. 43 1/2, dp. 16 1/4 in. Estimate $200-400 losses to the lid from locking mechanism, allover paint wear, blue over original red paint, splits to base board, and a few losses and gouges to the back.
