Near Pair of Large Enameled Vases, China, 20th century, both baluster form, with openwork handles to waisted neck, one decorated with a garden scene with boys and a lady, the other a boy on a qilin with female attendants, both with a calligraphic poem on one side with the latter signed "Wang Liji" with a seal, ht. 22 7/8 in. Estimate $300-500 in good condition with minor gilt loss. Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
