Sol LeWitt (American, 1928-2007) The Suite Double Stars, 1983, edition of 25 plus proofs, published by Crown Point Press, Oakland, California (Krakow, 1983. 02). All seven signed and numbered "LeWitt 21/25" in pencil l.r. Color aquatints with etching on paper, plate sizes 12 x 24 in. (30.5 x 61.0 cm), framed. Condition: Not examined out of frames. Estimate $10,000-15,000 This is the complete set suite of seven prints. Each work is framed identically, and we have removed them from their frames. The sheets measures 15 x 27 inches and are hinged along the upper edge near the corners. The publisher's ink stamp is on the verso. Several have minute crimps at some of their corners, and the most subtle toning (almost indiscernible). Each frame measures 21 x 32 x 2 inches.
