Two Pairs of Staffordshire Press-molded Salt-glazed Stoneware Plates, England, third quarter 18th century, two octagonal plates with diaper and wreath rim pattern, two round plates with barley rim pattern, dia. to 9 1/2 in. Estimate $300-500 One octagonal plate has a small rim chip, but the others have no obvious chips, cracks, or evidence of repair. Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
