Massive Renaissance-style Walnut Library Table, probably Italy, 19th century incorporating earlier elements, three-board top with beveled edge, two scroll-form trestles, ht. 35, wd. 127, dp. 39 in. Provenance: Property from Harvard Art Museum, sold to benefit the acquisition fund. Estimate $2,000-4,000 Wear and cracks to the top, worming in some parts of the trestles.
