Mahogany and Brass Washstand with Chinese Export Porcelain Basin, three oval shelves, two with brass galleries, set on brass rods, top shelf with 18th century export basin depicting a phoenix and a longma or "dragon horse," (repairs to basin), ht. 33 3/4. wd. 27 1/4, dp. 19 1/2 in. Estimate $300-400 Basin broken with staple repairs, one small area of rim replaced. Crack to top shelf. Basin supports missing. Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
