William J. Walley Bottle Vase, Sterling, Massachusetts, early 20th century, drip glazed in bronze/greens, impressed mark "WJW," ht. 8 3/4 in. Estimate $700-900 One bit of glaze loss on outer edge of the bottom. Looks to possibly have been in the making. Another area of clay loss, on the inside rim of the bottom, also in an area where there is a heavy glaze drip on the body. Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
