San Ildefonso Black-on-black Pottery Jar and Small Plate, the jar signed "Maria and Santana", the plate signed "Marie and Santana", both decorated in a typical abstract feather design, (minor scratches to the rim and body of jar), ht. of jar 5, dia. 6, dia. of plate 5 3/8 in. Estimate $700-900 The plate has a scuff mark in the center, the center glaze under a magnifying glass looks to have a very fine craquelure. Some fingerprint marks as well. The jar has a number of tiny scratches on the rim, and some minor scratches in the glaze on the body; condition is ok but not excellent.
