Attributed to George Platt Lynes (American, 1907-1955) Fourteen Photographs of Men (Both Nude and Clothed), 1930s-50s. Without artist stamps, some with point hand stamp and/or annotations to verso. Gelatin silver prints, image/sheet sizes to 10 x 8 in. (25.5 x 20.4 cm), unmatted, unframed. Condition: Minor wear at corners and edges. Provenance: A Connecticut estate. Estimate $1,000-1,500 Most sheets are curled. Several have minor handling crimps. 13 have a rubber stamp of a pointing hand plus a 2-digit ink number of the versos; 11 annotated "BR" in pencil on versos. Some with minute creasing to corners and minute losses to edges and/or corners. 3 have minor staining to verso and 1 has areas of scotch tape on verso.
