Set of Four Gilt Porcelain Apothecary Jars, 19th century, ht. 8 1/2 in. Estimate $200-300 each jar exhibits allover crazing, and one lid is with a rim chip. It appears like the label is painted and gilt onto the jars then sealed with some kind of varnish after, the labels exhibit general wear and losses. Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging. Any condition statement given, as a courtesy to a client, is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact.
