Staffordshire Pearlware Plaque, England, late 18th century, oval self-frame decorated in underglaze blue and green with full-length relief portrait purported to depict Oliver Cromwell, lg. 7 3/8 in. Estimate $200-300 Chip to ribbon at top; scattered glaze loss to frame and along "ground"; faint 1/2" hairline to backside rim. Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
