French Model 1767 Grenadier Briquette, c. 1767, cast brass hilt, slightly curved steel blade marked "GRENADIER" with a bomb on each side and foliate designs, blade lg. 23 1/2, overall lg. 28 3/4 in. Estimate $300-500 Brass has some patina, blade has some dark spotting and a few light pits but in overall good condition. Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
