Rhode Island Mahogany Shell-carved Watch Hutch and Silver Pocket Watch, c. 1770, the dovetailed case with molded front door and shell carving above the deep window, brass knob pull; silver pair-case fusee watch with movement with turned pillars by Bullingford, London, in a case made by Vale & Co., Birmingham, 1822, with Richard Drown, Newburyport, watchmaker paper indicating the watch was cleaned in 1836, watch hutch ht. 7 3/8, wd. 5 3/4, dp. 3 1/4 in. Provenance: David Schorsch, from a private Connecticut collection. The property of Brian and Pam Ehrlich Estimate $2,000-4,000 There is a crack in the lower window molding.
