Five Staffordshire Bocage with Animals, England, c. 1815-25, each polychrome enamel decorated, including a pointer, ht. 6 1/4; ram, ht. 3 1/2; sheep, ht. 4; ewe with lamb, ht. 6; and maiden with cow, ht. 4 3/4 in. Estimate $400-600 Pointer: Restoration to pieces of bocage, dog's tail and through at legs. Ram: One piece of bocage restored. Sheep: Chip to a piece of the bocage leaves; surface abrasions. Ewe with lamb: Restorations to bocage and treetrunk. Cow w/maiden: Restoration to cow's horns and one ear. Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
