Two-panel Screen Painting, Japan, Rimpa style, depicting a blooming tree and flowers against a gold ground, with an inscription partially reading "Shinichi" with seal, ink and color on gold-leaf paper, each panel 57 1/4 x 26 1/8 in. Provenance: Purchased from Joan B. Mirviss, 2003. Estimate $700-900 minor tears, creases, buckling to corners. Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
