Two British and One French Gorget, early 19th century, the British gorgets with English coat of arms and crown over "GR" within wreath emblem, and a French gorget with applied silver crossed swords and wreath emblem, each gilded brass, wd. to 5 in. Estimate $400-600 British coat of arms gorget has wear to gilding especially in the area below the suspension holes exposing the base metal below, few dents, small period repair visible on the back; crown over "GR" gorget has light wear to the area below the suspension holes; French gorget has minor wear, but no significant defects.
