Relic Model 1842 Springfield Musket, Relic Board, and Musket Balls, c. 1842-65, Model 1842 musket complete except for the stock, with an index card tag marked "U.S. MODEL 1842 SMOOTHBORE MUSKET./EXCAVATED NEAR THE CHANCELORSVILLE,/CIVIL WAR BATTLEFIELD (May 1863) IN/1957," a board shaped like a bullet with mounted musket balls marked "4th July 1938/Sturdivant Collection/Gettysburg Pennsylvania," and a bag of loose musket balls.
